Step 2: Your Home

• Choose whether a market home or a pre-sale option is best for you based on your timeline and availability of the right home.

Market Home Pathway

• Choose from a move in ready home you could be in within 30 days or a home already under construction that fits your timeline.
• Review the professionally designed selections and plan details and learn about what options you may be able to choose from based on the stage of construction.
• Finalize the contract.

Pre-Sale Home Pathway

• Choose the lot and choose from the available plans for the lot.
• Determine the structural options such as optional bedrooms, covered porches, added baths, etc. based on the available options with the selected plan.
• Finalize the contract.

Step 3: Design & Options

Market Home Design

• Meet our Customer Experience Coordinator who will guide you through the process no matter what phase your home has reached.
• Visit the Design Center to complete the remaining selections available based on the construction timeline.
• Detailed contract addendums that are easy to understand so you always know you’re on track with the final budget.

Pre-Sale Home Design

• Meet our New Home Specialist, who will be your personal point of communication throughout the process.
• Learn about our easy upgrade packages that create incredible value for all the must haves. These options make sure you keep your home current to balance timeless design and value.
• Choose the design selections for items like flooring, tile, cabinets, countertops, lighting, and more. Our design center is always updated with the most current design trends.
• We keep track of all the selections with detailed addendums.

Step 4: Creation

• No matter if you have chosen a market home or a new build our new home specialist and construction team walk you through the construction process from start to finish.
• Regular communication will give you an update on what’s happening and what’s to come.
• Milestone site walks with the team will give you peace of mind from start to finish
• Detailed punch list will be documented and completed at every step to insure at completion your home is move in ready.

Step 5: Welcome Home

• At completion we welcome you home with a new home orientation walking you through all the details of the home and answering your questions.
• We make sure all the details are in place to make closing simple.
• We walk you through our warranty process using cutting edge technology to make sure every item is addressed timely.
