Willow Branch Homes Real Estate Agent Policy

When purchasing a new home from Willow Branch Homes, we want to ensure a smooth and transparent process for both homebuyers and their real estate agents. Our policy allows homebuyers to work with their own real estate agent or broker (together referred to as “agent”), but please note that not all of our communities offer agent commissions.

If you choose to involve a real estate agent in your home purchase, it’s essential to understand that commissions are only available in select Willow Branch Homes communities. To be eligible for a commission, the agent must be registered during the initial point of contact with Willow Branch Homes. This registration must occur whether the initial contact is made online, by phone, or during an in-person visit to one of our communities.

Furthermore, the homebuyer must be accompanied by their registered agent on their first visit to the community, whether in person or virtually. If the agent is not registered at the time of the initial contact, they will not be eligible to receive a commission on any Willow Branch home purchased by the homebuyer.

We strongly encourage you to ensure that your agent is registered with us during your initial interaction if you plan to use one in your home-buying journey. Remember, agent commissions are only available in specific communities, and compliance with this policy is required for any commission to be paid by Willow Branch Homes.
